This little fledgling has flown the coop too soon due to mite infestation.

He cannot fly yet and I found him near the box on the ground.

His mother is still feeding him but if he doesn't learn

to fly soon he will die. This can be heart breaking, but if

the babies are being fed, its best to leave them.
